Delete your aidi.ai account.

Which steps apply depends on the account: a demo account you made yourself, or your organisation’s.

A demo account

This is the account you create with Try aidi on a sample company in the aidi.ai app.

In the app

  1. Open the aidi.ai app and sign in to the demo.
  2. Go to Settings and tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm.

The account, your conversations, your question and voice counts, your reported answers and the records that name you are deleted at once. Your demo sign-in is removed too, so the same email address can sign up again later.

Without the app

Email demo@vizlake.com from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your demo account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

An account from your organisation

It belongs to your organisation’s installation of aidi.ai, which runs in its own Azure subscription.

  1. Ask your organisation’s IT team to remove your access to aidi.ai, or to disable your work account.
  2. Once your account is disabled, the app erases what your phone and laptop keep, and your organisation’s installation stops refreshing your data.
  3. Your organisation can also remove the copy of your data and your conversations from its installation. If it needs help, it can write to us.

To erase a device now, sign out in the app. That erases the conversations and data it keeps on the device.

Other accounts

An AiDi Embedded portal account (app.aidi.ai) is a different account: ask at support.aidi.ai. For anything else, write to info@vizlake.com.
